When Nostalgia Pie first started out eons ago,
our goal was just to record our collection of
long-forgotten childhood memories that we had
rediscovered. But then something wonderfully
unexpected happened. A lot of our findings,
musings, and memories greatly resonated with so
many people, and before we knew it, a small
community of nostalgia buffs and vintage and
retro fans was starting to develop...
The best part of it all was that some of these people who had discovered Nostalgia Pie soon got to know Angel in the real world and eventually went on to become good friends of hers. Some of these followers even went to form friendships with each other! It was from here that Angel soon realized the power of connection and community that came from her humble blog. Definitely one of the best things to come out of Angel's nostalgic endeavors, and she wanted to harness this power to spread some retro magic and really foster that sense of community.
At Nostalgia Pie, community is at the heart and soul of everything we do. We are a diverse group of nostalgia addicts who find peace and positivity in the memories of
yesteryear.
