Hi Everyone. Or should I say g'day!
I don't know why it's taken me so long to find this site, but now that I have I'm glad to be here. I'm 42, from London, born into an Irish family, and when I was in my early twenties, I upped sticks and moved all the way to Sydney Australia. That along with meeting my husband and having our boys was the best thing I ever did.
I don't really miss London but I do have great memories of growing up in North London in the eighties and being what I'm sure many people would perceive a typical teenage girl in the nineties - end of term dances, Saturdays spent with my mates down at the arcades, getting up to mischief at school, posters on my bedroom wall, giggles with the girls at the stuff we used to read in the magazines... tell me, do teenage girls still do any of the above?
Nice to meet you all 😎
Let's hear it for my girl!
