• Content
  The Nostalgia Pie Blog (NP) is currently a one-woman operation. All opinions expressed here are my own and not those of anyone else. I, and I alone, am responsible for the content (research, writing, editing etc.) and not anyone else. Any company that I am employed by or any group, organization, or establishment that I may be associated with would not be responsible either. It’s just me, myself and I!

• To the best of my knowledge, the information gathered to create each post on the Nostalgia Pie blog is accurate. There is a possibility that it may be prone to errors and absence of some key facts, but thorough research is undertaken to ensure that the finished posts are as acurate as is humanly possible.

• Mistakes
  As I am a human and not an android, there is a very small chance that from time to time, I might make a mistake ranging from a minor spelling or grammatical mistake to a factual error. To err is human as they say so making mistakes is inevitable  - no matter how much I try to avoid that. And with regards to the above point, and not that I wish to brag, they're clearly my errors seeing as I'm the one who's responsible for the content. I'll do my utmost best not to get anything wrong but unfortunately, I cannot make any promises.

• Changing my Mind 
  There's also a good chance that my non-android self might change my mind. Therefore over a certain period of time, there is a possibility that my thoughts and opinions could change. I'm not saying it will - I'm just saying it could. I'm generally pretty consistant in my views but now is not necessarily forever - we do the best we can with what we know at the time, and as we learn more or see things in a different light, our views can change. So don't be shocked if current posts express different opinions to earlier posts.

• Every post written (unless it's a very rare post written by a guest writer, in which case,    you will know) is written by me. Therefore it belongs to me and me alone. It's still me,    myself, and I. But regardless of who it's written by, all posts belong to Nostalgia Pie. If you like a post on NP, please feel free to link to it.

• If for some reason you need to use a portion of it could you please a) contact NP and ask first - it's only polite to do so, and then b) if you are given permission (and it's more than likely, I'll say yes) link to the original post and give crediting NP.

      Photographs

     Images used on this site come from three sources:

     i) Me, myself and I again!

     ii) Freestock photos

     iii) People who have given/sold me images

     

  It will be clearly stated where the images came from with credit given to the                   appropriate people and link backs. I am very careful as to where I source my images and to     ensure that mistakes don't happen. But despite the best of intentions mistakes can happen,   and if you feel that I have used a photo which I shouldn't have please contact me, politely   explain. If I see that an image has been used that should not have been, I will remove it   immediately.

• Eternal Accuracy
  Every effort is taken to make sure that all the information, including links, are accurate at the time of posting but there’s no guarantee that information posted today will still be valid or accurate tomorrow. In fact if it's information I've come across online, there's also the possibility that it might not even exist tomorrow, as web pages are sometimes taken down (as we've all found.) The information in this blog is provided “as is” with no warranties, and confers no rights.

• Incoming Links
  NP has no control over who links to our posts. If you see a dubious site linking to this blog, you can take the issue up with them. This blog is not submitted to “link farms” or directories so if a site has linked to a post on NP, that was done all on their own.

• Personal Offence
  NP will never knowingly slander, defame, or libel anyone. Stating that 'that bloke off the telly has a dodgy haircut' is fine because that's my opinion and I'm entitled to that - which is partly what this blog is about. Saying 'that bloke off the telly wears My Little Pony socks' is NOT ok, and NP will refrain from such claims and groundbreaking info - we are not the tabloids after all. Unless of course it is common knowledge and one hundred per cent true that the man from the telly wears MLP socks. 

• NP does not take responsibility for comments left by comment or forum posters but will remove any comments/posts if absolutely necessary. 

• If content matter, bad grammar, slang or punctuation translates or is interpreted into something bad in your country, community or culture it was certainly not my intent and I will not be held responsible for it.

• If you’re one of those people who are bound and determined to find offence where none was intended, please remember that you can close this window any time you see fit, and you don't even have to return. Ever.

               Common   sense   warning 

• NP would never want to see any kind of harm come to our followers - or anyone else for that matter. The posts here are written with good intentions and from the writer's  experience. But remember that what works for one person doesn't always work for someone else so please apply common sense, and where necessary research, before mindlessly making decisions based on what is written here. You won’t be compensated in any way if you suffer a loss/damage/inconvenience because of something written in this blog.

• Even though every effort is taken to ensure that the information for each post is accurate, there are times you may need to consult with a trained professional before taking the advice given here. I am a teacher but I’m not a doctor, lawyer, therapist, personal trainer, beautician, chef, or any other type of trained expert so please double check if necessary that the advice given is suitable for you. 

• The same applies to advice that is given through the forums by other followers. People give advice based on their own experiences and it's not the same for everyone, so whenever necessary, please use your own brainpower and common sense before following advice

• Making Money
  NP does not presently accept any payment for the posts written here but that's not to say that we won't change our minds in the future if we have reason to do so. However any sponsored posts will be clearly marked as such, and furthermore I will only consider sponsored posts if the product or service is one that I use or have used and like, and that it does exactly what it says on the tin. Anything written here will come from a place of honesty and nothing else. There will be no paid recommendations disguised as personal opinion, and anything raved about here is because I think it's fab and not because I was paid to say it.

• Comments
  It's fine to disagree with me in the comments section of each blog entry or on the message boards. But please be polite because a) even though I like to make out I'm a badass, I'm actually really sensitive b) it's pretty childish to be rude just for the hell of it, and c) trolls just aren't welcome here.

• I reserve the right to delete any comment/forum post for any reason whatsoever – for instance anything that is considered abusive, profane, rude, or spam. Once a comment passes moderation I won’t be held responsible for the contents of blog comments. And I’m not responsible for any laws that may be broken in any country through the content, implication, and intent of blog comments.

• Don’t bother commenting just to spam your site as your comment will definitely get deleted.
